Das Canyoning hat mega viel Spass gemacht und findet in einer wunderschönen Umgebung statt. Die beiden Tourguides haben mit ihrer lustigen aber professionellen Art eine super Stimmung in unserer Gruppe geschafft und man hat sich zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt. Einige Sprünge brauchen zwar etwas Überwindung, können aber mit den Tipps und Jubelschreien der Gruppe und den Guides absolut umgesetzt werden :) ~ Simea K

Agencia local con la que contratamos dos excursiones. Pese ha haber un problema en la primera de ellas, Rui lo gestionó muy bien aún estando de libranza el domingo y el lunes en la agencia nos lo compensaron, por lo que quedamos muy satisfechos. Extremely good and efficient service in general but also helpful in a way above and beyond what you’d expect. The excursions they helped us plan were incredible, we got to see stunning places and things, but also our guide, Andre, did a fantastic job, he was genuinely enthusiastic about the island, very open and funny, he also adapted the tour in the moment as he was determined for us not to miss out on anything. Zuerst vielen Dank an Triin, die perfekt viele Sprachen beherrscht und mit guten Informationen versorgt.Sie gab gute Empfehlungen, so mit flowtour war ein guter Treffer! Auch den anderen Mitarbeitern ,so Rui Danke schön! Ich habe bei diesen Touren sehr gute Erfahrungen und tolle Menschen kennengelernt, auch viel über Natur und die einzigartige Insel erfahren. Die Begleiter waren sehr aufmerksam, humorvoll, haben gute Kenntnisse und Wissen, beantworteten alle Fragen. Es gab viele Überraschungen.So vielen Dank an Miguel, Nuno und Luis! Wir haben zum Jahreswechsel 24/25 insgesamt 3 Touren mit AZORES TICKETS OFFICE gebucht. Alle Touren gingen jeweils von 9:00 bis 17:00 Uhr. Es war sehr informativ, wir waren sehr zufrieden, unser Guide, Goncalo Simao, war sehr kompetent, freundlich und hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Alle diese Touren kann ich nur sehr empfehlen, auch wenn sie etwas teurer sind als bei der Konkurrenz, aber es zahlt sich aus. Die Buchung im Office bei Sr. Ferreira war ebenfalls freundlich und kompetent. Herzlichen Dank für die schönen Erlebnisse!! ~ stefan g

I am home now and reflecting on my great holiday. Our first tour of our holiday was with Philip. We thought it was a food tour but it turned out to be much more than that. He showed us great spots in Ponta Degado and also amazing food from there. Philp was a wonderful tour guide and I would highly recommend him. He was personable and very knowledgeable. ~ G F

I’ve been on Sete Cidades half day jeep tour with T4W organised by Azores Ticket Office in Ponta Delgata and it was in my opinion the best way to see lakes and environment. Everything was organised perfectly. The tour guide was kind, explained a lot about the island and local life. I strongly recommend it. ~ Karolina G

Lagoa do fogo, Ribeira grande, Mosteiros 7 cidades: the tour was amazing, great guide (Catia) beautiful places, perfect organization. Lunch in Lagoa very good. Small group enhanced interactions. I warmly recommend this Pure Azores tour! ~ Carla A
