Extremely good and efficient service in general but also helpful in a way above and beyond what you’d expect. The excursions they helped us plan were incredible, we got to see stunning places and things, but also our guide, Andre, did a fantastic job, he was genuinely enthusiastic about the island, very open and funny, he also adapted the tour in the moment as he was determined for us not to miss out on anything. Wir haben zum Jahreswechsel 24/25 insgesamt 3 Touren mit AZORES TICKETS OFFICE gebucht. Alle Touren gingen jeweils von 9:00 bis 17:00 Uhr. Es war sehr informativ, wir waren sehr zufrieden, unser Guide, Goncalo Simao, war sehr kompetent, freundlich und hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Alle diese Touren kann ich nur sehr empfehlen, auch wenn sie etwas teurer sind als bei der Konkurrenz, aber es zahlt sich aus. Die Buchung im Office bei Sr. Ferreira war ebenfalls freundlich und kompetent. Herzlichen Dank für die schönen Erlebnisse!! ~ stefan g
I am home now and reflecting on my great holiday. Our first tour of our holiday was with Philip. We thought it was a food tour but it turned out to be much more than that. He showed us great spots in Ponta Degado and also amazing food from there. Philp was a wonderful tour guide and I would highly recommend him. He was personable and very knowledgeable. ~ G F
Professional team. I booked on activity for canyoning, we were with 2 experts guides, everything sent well from the the beginning until the end They explained clearly the instructions, and we really enjoyed our adventure Go your eyes closed, you won’t find better in terms of adventure and activities in São Miguel. We had a great full day tour with Margherita on sete cidades and lagoa Fogo with many more stops. We had a delicious local buffet lunch during our tour. She was very informative & responsive. Highly recommend Azores ticket office! ~ Dwayne K

The tour of Lagoa das Sete Cidades (Lagoon of the Seven Cities) is highly recommended: Located on São Miguel Island, is perhaps the most iconic lagoon in the Azores. It's actually a twin lake, with one side appearing green and the other blue, due to the reflection of sunlight. A digital app with tour information is highly recommended. Excellent, local dish lunches are included. The tour guide is an excellent driver. The off-road drive in the Landrover around the lagoon’s perimeter was the highlight of the trip. Overall, a memorable experience. ~ David C
